Flexible Diamond QRS Discs

A strong metal bond holds micron graded diamond particles securely in place in an open dot pattern. These long-lasting, flexible discs have a QRS (Quick Release System) backing for easy grade changes. Provides an aggressive cut on hard-to-grind materials. Commonly used for initial stock or scratch removal in solid surface finishing applications. Use wet. See below for grit color key.

Genesis discs and pads are currently being used successfully on glass, ceramics, stone, plastics and composites. Discs are available in many sizes, all with Velcro Backing.
