Paverpol Examples

  • In this example, the mushroom form was made from Celluclay. Small squares of different patterned fabrics were dipped in Transparent Paverpol and applied to the dried Celluclay form. Artstone was mixed with Paverpol and used to sculpt the white spots.
  • Transparent Paverpol was mixed with different colored aggregates and then applied to pre-made wooden forms.
  • Colored t-shirt fabric was cut into shapes, dipped into Transparent Paverpol and applied to a hardware cloth mesh armature. Artstone mixed with Paverpol was used for the beak and feet and was painted gold.
  • Paverpol was used to make a paper mache balloon then the features were sculpted with Artstone mixed with Paverpol then painted. The yellow of the chick is yellow flock attached by dust coating over a brushed on layer of Paverpol.
  • Paverpol mixed with Brass powder was brushed onto this pear form.
  • Colored fabric dipped in Paverpol was used to make this mask. The fabric was put on top of a plastic mask form.
  • Grey colored fabric and ripped blue paper was dipped in Transparent Paverpol and put on to a plastic mask form.
  • Paper towel, pink fabric, patterned paper and paper flowers were all dipped in Transparent Paverpol and put onto a plastic mask form.
  • Cotton T-Shirt pieces were dipped in Bronze Paverpol and placed onto a Styrofoam block then "scrunched" to give them texture. Whole image and detail.
  • Various pieces of cotton fabric was dipped into Transparent Paverpol and placed on a pre-stretched canvas. Some areas were given texture by folding or "scrunching" the fabric, other areas have other pieces of fabric applied on top. Whole image and detail.
  • One piece of blue cotton fabric was dipped in Transparent Paverpol and draped over a blank plastic mask form. Whole image only.
  • Two pieces of textured tie-die cotton fabric were dipped in Transparent Paverpol and wrapped around a Styrofoam ring. Whole image and detail.
