Join New York artist Steve Shaheen for a full-immersion weekend in stone carving and “tricks of the trade” using hand or power tools. On both days a full-length demo will be given, showing how to rough out and model sculptures efficiently using an assortment of manual, pneumatic, and electric tools. Demonstrations will be followed by a hands-on sessions where participants will be guided through individual projects. This weekend is open to all skill levels. Stones of various types and sizes will be available for purchase separately. |
